About Cleaning Techniques
Experience You Can Rely On
Family-owned and veteran-owned commercial cleaning with decades of flooring and facility-care experience.
Our story
Family-Owned and Operated Since 1986
Cleaning Techniques is more than a commercial cleaning company. Founded by Joe Savino, a veteran with years of experience in the commercial flooring industry, the company brings decades of practical expertise and a commitment to dependable service to every project.
Our focus is the commercial environment. We understand that a facility's carpet, upholstery, workstation panels, floors and restrooms all contribute to the way employees and visitors experience the space.
Instead of using a one-size-fits-all program, we listen to the customer and tailor our approach to the facility's surfaces, traffic, schedule and cleaning priorities.
